บริษัท สตาร์ แฟชั่น กรุ๊ป จำกัด ("บริษัท") เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้สมัครงาน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลระบุตัวตน (ชื่อ เลขบัตรประชาชน วันเกิด) ข้อมูลติดต่อ ข้อมูลครอบครัว ประวัติการศึกษาและการทำงาน ทักษะความสามารถ และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว ได้แก่ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ และประวัติอาชญากรรม (หากมี)

Star Fashion (2551) Co., Ltd. ("the Company") collects applicants' personal data including identity information (name, ID card number, date of birth), contact details, family information, education and work history, skills, and sensitive personal data such as religion, health information, and criminal record (if any).

วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล / Purpose of Use

ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกใช้เพื่อพิจารณาคุณสมบัติในการรับสมัครงาน ติดต่อสื่อสารกับท่านเกี่ยวกับสถานะการสมัครงาน และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น

Your data will be used solely to evaluate your job application, contact you regarding your application status, and comply with applicable laws.

ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล / Retention Period

หากท่านไม่ได้รับการพิจารณาเข้าทำงาน บริษัทจะเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี เพื่อใช้อ้างอิงหรือพิจารณาโอกาสในการทำงานอื่น ๆ ในอนาคต หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลจะถูกทำลาย

If you are not selected, the Company will retain your data for 1 year for future reference, after which it will be securely destroyed.

สิทธิของท่าน / Your Rights

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 โดยติดต่อฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลของบริษัท

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Please contact the Company's HR department to exercise these rights.
